If you love meats, this is THE missing piece that you need to buy. It is completely unique and not like the generic cheap carving knife’s that are everywhere. The quality is unmatched by anything else at this price point. Obviously made by someone who understands what meat smokers want. The grip is perfect, not too big and not too small and it comes in its own wooden case. Bottom line is this is the carving knife to buy if you want to impress.
